The very first owners shifted into Point Ridge in June of 2005 and now it is home to over 200 people. Point Ridge is a residential development comprising of quality Villa's and Apartments.
Located high on the hill overlooking Albany on the North Shore of Auckland, Point Ridge receives all day sun and has a hilltop aspect with views all the way to Auckland City. The architecture is inspired by Italy’s century old hillside towns and just like their homes, these homes are built to last using solid masonry construction.

Point Ridge features a hotel style swimming pool with plans for a further pool in the next stage. Point Ridge has a community recreation room, tropical style grounds, a spa pool, gymnasium, community pavilion, BBQ areas and convenience store for daily essentials such as bread and milk. A full time on-site manager takes care of everything from rentals, repairs to the resident’s facilities. Residents at Point Ridge love the holiday type atmosphere, and the peace of mind that when they go away that their home is safe and secure.
What's next?
Currently there are 101 homes completed with a further 132 planned for the remaining stages. McConnell Property has been appointed Development Manager to complete the remaining stages of Point Ridge. McConnell Property has retained award winning Kalmar Construction to continue building the villas. The next set of four Villas are nearing completion with three left for sale.
