Construction Update

With the first there stages completed consisting of a mix of 95 Villas and Apartments, construction of the first four Villas (67 to 70) in the next stage has now commenced.  McConnell Property has come on board as Development Manager to complete the remaining stages and have retained Kalmar Construction to build the homes.

In keeping with theme the external design of these Villas is the same as the existing Villas, however the point of difference will be the interiors. Two designers Yellow Fox and Sarah Kerr Design have been commissioned to provide a fresh new look for the interiors.

Target completion date for the Villas is July 2010.
